What is a diabetic foot disease?

Diabetic foot syndrome is a complex of anatomical and functional changes that develop against the background of diabetic neuropathy, micro- and macroangiopathy, and osteoarthropathy. Contributing to increased injury rate of the soft tissues of the foot and the development of a purulent-necrotic process which can lead to amputation.
This is a general concept that unites a group of late complications of diabetes mellitus, in which pathological changes in the patient’s feet develop in the form of purulent-necrotic processes, ulcers and osteoarticular lesions

3D scanning

3D technologies: using a 3D scanner, 3D modeling and a 3D printer or milling machine, we can produce customized orthopedic pads, insoles, splints and devices that exactly match the anatomy and needs of the patient.

Plaster cast

a plaster cast is used to record the shape of the patient's foot, on the basis of which a plaster shoe last is made, on which shoes are sewn.

Insertable corrective elements

insoles-instep supports, heel pads, subfinger devices and other elements are created with special materials and methods to correct deformities and reduce the load on the foot.

Standardized orthopedic last

using ready-made orthopedic lasts of different sizes and shapes, we can sew shoes that are suitable for most patients with typical foot problems.
